Watermarking

Folderit DMS includes a dynamic watermarking feature to enhance document security. When activated, every document previewed or downloaded will automatically have a dynamic watermark applied. This watermark displays the viewer’s username diagonally across the document, and the footer includes the date, time of access, and file name.

Watermarking is an add-on feature not included in any default plan and can be purchased separately. Please contact us for more details.
